EXCLUSIVE interview with Ohio State OC/WR coach Brian Hartline
We are thrilled to welcome in Ohio State offensive coordinator/wide receivers coach Brian Hartline for an exclusive interview. We discuss the 2023 Buckeyes, OSU turning into "WR U" under Hartline's guidance, how THE Foundation is helping the program on the NIL front and much more.
That is coming your way on a special edition of the Friday 5ish.

As the Ohio QBs turn | Braxton vs. Cardale redux?
On our Tuesday show, we asked whether Ohio State is the real 'QBU'?
The Buckeye State must have wanted to have some say because another in-state QB in the Class of 2025 - Bellefontaine's Tavien St. Clair - has earned an Ohio State offer.
Is it Ryan Montgomery vs. St. Clair now? Is it a Braxton Miller-Cardale Jones redux? How does Bryce Underwood - the nation's No. 1 '25 QB - fit into the mix.
We dive deep on all things QB with Bill Kurelic and Mark Porter, our dynamic duo back for their second BM5 appearance of the week.
That's not all: Get the latest on Justin Hill, Justin Scott and more ... you're just in time!

Buckeyes add former NFL head coach to staff
Well, we did not see this one coming, but we absolutely love it. Ryan Day made a splash hire on Tuesday when it was announced that former NFL head coach Joe Philbin will be joining Ohio State's staff as an analyst that will assist with the Buckeyes' offensive line. In addition to being the former head coach of the Miami Dolphins for 3-plus seasons (2012-15) -- where a wide receiver named Brian Hartline played for him -- Philbin is a longtime NFL O-line coach and offensive coordinator.
Matt Baxendell joins Dave Biddle to discuss the addition of Philbin and much more on the Wednesday 5ish.

The real QBU? | Oh, Henry!
You did not enter a time warp - it's actually Tuesday.
Bill Kurelic and Mark Porter routinely grace this podcast on Thursdays. But they have so much info to share this week it requires TWO APPEARANCES!
We dive deep on Fairfield High's Big Man Challenge held on Monday night that featured over 20 Division I prospects including Chris Henry, Jr. Bill was there and has report like no other on the talent on display.
So much is covered and that means going down the QB rabbit hole for all sorts of knowledge.

Position breakdown: Buckeyes' offensive line | Kevin Warren leaves new B1G commish scrambling
We are going to do a series of position breakdowns on the 5ish and today we begin with a deep dive on Ohio State's 2023 offensive line. Who will be the starters most likely? Who will be the top backups in order? What are expectations for Justin Frye's group?
Also, it turns out Kevin Warren might have been even more incompetent than we thought, which frankly we did not believe was possible. The much-hyped Big Ten TV contracts? Well, as it turns out, they haven't even been finalized yet and schools within the conference are going to get at least $5 million less than they each anticipated. New Big Ten commissioner Tony Petitti is scrambling to clean up the mess that Warren left behind.
All of that and more is coming your way on the Monday 5ish as Dave Biddle flies solo.

Ranking the Buckeyes' RBs 1-5 | Aaron Scott trending OSU's way?
How would we rank Ohio State's running backs 1-5? That is one of the topics Jonah Booker and Dave Biddle tackle on today's show. Also, what are thoughts on the Buckeyes' offensive line heading into the 2023 season? Plus, is the No. 1 recruit from Ohio -- and the No. 4 cornerback in the nation -- Aaron Scott, leaning OSU's way?
That and much more is coming your way on the Friday 5ish.

Customer Reviews
Excellent podcast!
Great info - thx for very thorough coverage of the Bucks.
Post Game Pods
Dave- slow down, you talk at 2 times the speed. Either take a half hour to prepare or take some speaking classes. The weekday pods, you pace very well but on the postgame, you get through your material in 10 mins and just end up repeating yourself.
It’s not awful and honestly, you deliver your opinions and the news straight unlike Dan who redefined hyperbolic propaganda. He only cares about 3 things- money, name dropping and hyperbolic propaganda.
I think you should do all 5 days, Dan has gone from a very good podcaster to below average at best- Wilfong, Porter and Kurelic make his shows…
Stop repeating yourself
Love the content but the podcasts would be shorter and more enjoyable if you didn’t repeat yourself 5-10 times on each topic.
