Buddhism on Air Free FM

Being able to listen to this broadcast has been so helpful to me since I started practicing Buddhism in 2010. I have found my teachers come from so many sources and I am able to have a well rounded practice because of it. This broadcast is one of them. I live in the USA and we don’t have much in the way of broadcasts like this one.

I struggle so much with life in general and my meditation practice is almost nonexistent, “I” wish “I” could really grasp it. (A little cheek based on this weeks subject).

Much thanks for the weekly courses! My understanding is vastly improved as a result of them and consider you my Dharma teacher 😊.
I’m not a Buddhist, but apply the wisdom and philosophy daily in my practical life.
A couple questions/requests:
1. Is there an extended cut of the meditation song that you play somewhere/link or maybe just a full episode of just the song to mediate to?
2. Would you happen to know which episode the teachings on karma biding you started on?
