Building the Kingdom Builds Our Faith (Melanie Watson)

In the world, we work to earn a paycheck, but in the kingdom of God, we don’t work to earn anything. We work because we believe. We work because we believe in who our Father says we are and that He has sent us. We don’t work to earn love. We work to build a kingdom we believe in. We don’t work to enter the kingdom. We are born into it and so we work because we believe in the inheritance we already have.

In the kingdom of God, we work because we believe, but as we work, our faith increases all the more. Working from our faith can break through things that come to steal our faith and will end up increasing our faith even more. Work builds the kingdom, but as we build, it builds our faith.
