    Don't Talk About It, Be About It

    This episode honestly went in all different directions lol. It might sound like happiness, anger, kindness, frustration all in a 20ish minute time frame, but the big thing we want to get across is how proud we are of the work being put in this week. Lets have a consistent attendance to finish it up on weds, thurs, and fri as well.

    "New Year, New Me" ...F*ck That

    Sorry for the language on this episode, but a "New Year, New Me" attitude is BS!!...and it was a fiery episode to say the least. High expectations for ones self, as well as those around them is not wrong. So many people need a kick in the butt and usually it comes from someone else...other times you have to be okay looking yourself in the mirror and telling yourself it's time to get my sh*t together!
