This has become a go-to pod for me as a Dad of 2. Alexis has disrupted the long-held business “value” of keeping work and life entirely separate. Why does that matter in 2024? In a time that we’re less geographically-constrained than ever, he’s helping to break a cycle that has created separation between fathers and their sons and daughters for generations. By leading with intention and setting an example that’s aspirational, yes even at home, he’s changing our society’s culture. One pod at a time.
