Ologies with Alie Ward

Alie, every week you delight and educate me, but late last night you literally saved my sanity. I was jolted awake by the sound of unholy bone-chilling screams RIGHT outside my bedroom window. Did I call 911? An exorcist? Nope! I smiled and thought benevolent thoughts for the randy little porcupine I knew it to be. Whew! Thank you, Ologies! You know not how much good you do.

If you love hearing someone gush about a passion then you will have a good time! Alie's playful nature and "don't be afraid to ask dumb questions" attitude often encourages perspectives that you wouldn't typically hear. There have been several episodes that changed the way I think about things (shoutout to the episode about wildfires) and it's best to not judge an episode by title but to just jump in. Even things that seem like they may be dull are going to have surprises, and the little jokes and audio clips mean it's never boring. Thank you Alie and everyone who makes this show so special!

Our dad Alie Ward has encapsulated delightful nuggets of education and wit into around an hour of time. I had no idea I would be so entertained learning about things I previously had no interest in. She makes being educated FUN, and for that I am grateful.
