I’m starting my journey, I think. And I’m finding answers. I would like to say thank you for your truth and willingness to show ourselves

Insightful and informative

I’ve always been drawn to stoicism as a way of life. Kevin brings a new freshness to this otherwise stoic concept (no pun intended) by engaging it from different philosophical perspectives, drawing upon personal experiences, and bringing the truth closer to you often with guests contributing to a richer insightful and informs experience. I didn’t think that something as simple as water fast could be a way of life and not just a physical act. I hope to hear about topics on happiness, self growth and productivity in the future. Keep up the good work!
