Next, they get into some of the impassioned listener responses to a Triggered email from the 12/31/24 episode, in which a mom gave her child's preschool teacher a holiday gift, but did not receive a thank you. They read one of the emails, which discusses the idea that the purest charitable act is done with nothing expected in return.
