What an amazing podcast! I’ve always wanted to start meditating, but never knew how to even begin. My mind is always on go mode so I was always worried that I wouldn’t be able to meditate if I couldn’t shut off my thoughts and being guided through each episode has taken the pressure off of meditating for me. Mary takes the time to educate me as well, which has been the golden egg of meditating. I begin each morning with her daily guided meditation. It really sets the tone for my day and my week!
