I started listening to this podcast when I realized that I’m alway on edge. I needed a little something to make me think about life and the things or habits I have and to help me slow down. I look forward to this podcast on a daily. I listen to it over and over while I clean, cook, and drive my car. Thank you so much for your talks on this podcast.
