Episode 39 - The Disappearance of Granger Taylor

Episode 39 - The Disappearance of Granger Taylor

"I loved it, most accurate representation yet thank you so much for accurately representing Granger" - Rob Keller.

This week I tackle a case that's been on my mind since the podcast was first conceived. Granger Taylor was a mechanical genius of Duncan, Vancouver Island who, after claiming he spoke with extraterrestrials, vanished from the face of the earth. The official story is that he committed suicide, but in this shocking report I (either bravely or stupidly) go against the official narrative set forth by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

This episode has the real potential to get me into trouble. But I feel Granger's story needs to be told. Buckle Up, Raccoonadians. This one gets wild.

    Trigger warnings: Suicide, drug use.

Episode 38- The Ghosts of the Crowsnest Pass

Episode 38- The Ghosts of the Crowsnest Pass

In this emotionally charged episode, Kelly covers three disasters in Alberta that have led to the reported hauntings of all three sites.

The Frank slide of 1903, The Hillcrest Mine Disaster of 1914, and the Bellevue Mine explosion of 1910.

Do the ghosts of those lost in these disasters still wander the Crosnest Pass? Or, are the echoes of the past sometimes meant to be left unsolved?

Huge thanks goes out to Andee and the crew over at the Frank Slide Interpretive Center. You can learn more about these sites at https://frankslide.ca/

One of my favorite paranormal podcasts

This podcast is just awesome! I’m a huge fan of the paranormal and these guys just present the cases in an interesting way. The campfire tales, as well as the related cases are my favorite parts of this podcast. Keep up the great work guys. P.S. I am half Canadian with family from Alberta and it’s just interesting to learn about these paranormal events of Canada.
