Your Guide To Avoiding Burnout & Surviving Grief

Heavenly Realms: A Journey into the Unknown, Richard Allen.

Heavenly Realms: A Journey into the Unknown, Richard Allen.

Richard Allen, a native of Liverpool, England, has endured profound loss, with the passing of his father to cancer in November 2020 serving as a pivotal moment. In the wake of this tragedy, Allen turned to writing as a means of navigating the complexities of grief and loss. His literary endeavors have resulted in the creation of five books, three of which have ascended to the esteemed position of #1 bestsellers.

However, Allen's journey extends beyond the realm of mere literary success. His experiences have instilled within him an unwavering belief in the existence of an afterlife—a conviction rooted in the myriad signs, orbs, voices, and visions he has encountered since his father's passing. These phenomena serve as profound affirmations of his faith, reinforcing his conviction that life extends beyond the confines of our earthly existence.

An Endless Source of Valuable Information

So happy I found this podcast. Dave tackles so many topics related to caregiving and doesn’t hold back asking and answering the tough and sticky questions that some people are afraid to address. He is lively, humorous and reinforces the importance of a caregiver’s self-care. There seems to be an endless number of topics that are relevant. As a speech-language pathologist working with stroke survivors and those with TBI, I’ve recommended this podcast to all the families I work with. Easy to listen to and always valuable!!

Highly Recommend for Caregivers

Caregiver Dave always has podcasts which EVERY caregiver will find informative! His topics are right on, like back pain (something which every caregiver can relate to) and caregiver burnout. Dave's guests are knowledgable and speak to Dave's audience, like Pantea Vahidi, RN, who talked about caregiver burnout, a topic which every caregiver needs as much information as possible. If you are a caregiver I would highly recommend you connect with Caregiver Dave's podcasts. Dave knows how to tackle the topics caregivers ask about! You can't go wrong with Caregiver Dave!
