CARLO NASH

Manchester City Interviews

When Joe Royle wanted to freshen up his goalkeeping options in the 2000-01 season, he turned to someone who had been making waves at Stockport County. Carlo Nash had played well in his appearances against the Blues and he was brought in to rival Nicky Weaver for the number one jersey at Maine Road. However, as City were relegated to and then promoted from Division One, Nash found himself as the club's number two - behind veteran goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel. The Blue Moon Podcast's David Mooney caught up with Nash to get his memories of that era.
