These conversations are Absolutely necessary. Thank you both so much for paving the way for men to be heard, feel seen and cared for all at the same time. God bless!!
Too much back slapping

From a woman’s point of view - I love that these men are waking up but there’s way too much back slapping and telling each other how incredible and amazing they are... this is also a form of toxic masculinity. Not very humble.
I feel like I’ve made new friends....

I stumbled across these guys via Instagram and started listening. What I love about this is that they really connect with each other and their guests. And they deep dive into things so many of us struggle with. Things like, real connections, being present, depression, finding joy in your life, and the big one....feeling alone with no one to talk to. Great job gents. Keep your bums out and your souls connected. 👍🏻
