Great reporting, too many episodes!

Great series but each season is 3-4 episodes too many. They could cut out a lot of repetition, unnecessary analysis, and general filler with better editing.
Content is good, buuut

Wow. It’s frustrating listening, because the actual content is good, but it’s only about 10 to maybe 15 minutes each episode. And you have to wait a week for that? Too many other good use that provide solid content for this.
Payne is next level

OUTSTANDING! No one does it better…I mean this guy started out with Google and webslueths and he’s out here solving cases and doing real journalist work. Incredible. Keep it up!

Dude has the most monotone voice, it’s really boring sounding. Also, it’s clear that they didn’t have enough material, so they stretched out portions that should have been cut just to add minutes. Also, the narrator acts aghast and shocked at very normal and mundane happenings…looking for drama where there is none. I only listened to half, I got too bored.
