Case in Point: The Legal Show for Regular People
If the thought of a legal podcast seems like a snoozer, if you’re tired of listening to Washington lawyers tell you why the Supreme Court matters, if federal rules are a mystery, you’ve come to the right place. Host Sarah Parshall Perry is not your typical lawyer, she can break down complex legal topics so that lawyers and non-lawyers alike understand why they matter. The show is a funny, fast-paced, legal free for all that talks legal bloopers, dumb opinions, big overlords, and major cases—all in way that educates and entertains. Case in Point is the legal show you never knew you needed.

SCOTUS 101 - NOT

Just okay.
You know why

RIP SCOTUS 101. There’s no need to rebrand the show and do a DEI hire. Bring back GC and Zack. There aren’t many options for normalcy in the legal/SCOTUS space of podcasts. Don’t make us listen to some crazy NYT lawyer’s take on cases, I just want the straight facts.
I mourn the death of SCTUS 101

I was faithful listener to the now defunct SCOTUS 101. Now the show is called Case in Point and no longer discusses case before the supreme courts and the arguments set before it. I hate the change and have since unfollowed and deleted the show from my library. Heritage, you messed up on this change! I am in continual mourning of the death and loss of what used to be a great and informative show about the highest court in the land.
