Casey Beros turned to her skills in writing and health communication when her dad Jack was diagnosed with mesothelioma. Flying across the country to be by his side and to support him through this terrible illness, she and Jack decided that they could use their experience to help others. And so Next of Kin was born. Through a series of deeply personal social media posts and informative articles Casey hopes to hold the hand of others going through the painful experience of caring for a loved one who is dying.
