Eye on America- The FAA manages an average of 45,000 flights daily, and while the U.S. aviation system boasts an impressive safety record, it is increasingly under strain. CBS News' Mark Strassmann reports on the safety of the skies. At the time of the American Airlines flight and Black Hawk collision in D.C., weather wasn’t an issue, but a storm system on the way could bring visibility challenges.
