Get better pundits!
Much too dependent on inarticulate ex-player pundits who don’t have anything to contribute beyond cliches.
Surprisingly amateurish
It boggles my mind how amateurish this show is production-wise considering it’s on a national broadcasting service. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve turned off podcasts because of announcers constantly and annoyingly clearing their throats or coughing without using their mute buttons. Recently one announcer, Michael Stewart, didn’t even have enough sense to turn off his microphone before unwrapping a power bar! I’m also tired of announcers and guests talking over each other, Richard Gordon’s occasional tantrums - I still remember him upbraiding some poor staffer who didn’t turn Tom English’s mike on quickly enough - and Kenny MacIntyre’s overall vacuousness. What a mess!
