    Jesper Valrygg är gäst i detta avsnittet. Jesper är coach åt väldigt många ungdomar som strävar efter att tävla i CrossFIt och Funktionell Fitness. Han arbetar med dessa främst på NTC i Norrköping men även online. Vi gräver djupare i hur detta går till och hur han kom in på att coacha ungdomar. Jesper har även fått coacha de atleter som representerat landslaget vid Junior VM i Funktionell Fitness Vi går även in på vilka atleter som man ska hålla lite utkik efter i framtiden, som Jesper tror kan bli riktigt bra!
