SUBSCRIBER EXCLUSIVE: In March 2014, Detective Julissa Trapp of the Anaheim Police Department responded to a call at a recycling center. Workers there had found a dead woman’s body while sorting through trash. Detective Trapp identified the woman as Jarrae Estepp, a 21-year-old sex worker. The detective bought a rosary and made a promise to Jarrae’s mother that she would track down her killer. It turned out there wasn’t just one killer, but two, and not just one victim, but as many as five. In this episode, Keith Morrison catches up with now Sergeant Trapp to discuss what she’s been up to since appearing on Dateline, including an interview with the second of the two serial killers. She also discusses her move to the cold case unit and the resolution of a 40-year-old murder case. And as Sgt. Trapp approaches retirement, she tells Keith about the legacy she hopes to leave behind. Always listen to new episodes, the anchors are great. But recommend removing the fluff content (talking dateline, and the episodes with assorted updates). The Verdict Updates are ok.

If I keep hearing ads to defend Trump’s crazy actions l might need to stop listening to this podcast. I do enjoy the show, but can’t stomach hearing that what Trump is doing is good as I watch America be destroyed.

Please do background checks and research on the people you do interviews with. The Egypt Convington interview was horrible only because you relied on a monster Lindsayann who loves to slander people and spreads malicious rumors and hearsay. She attaches her name to other people suffering for her financial gain.
I love Dateline so much, but 2 things drive me all the way insane about this…

So like I said, I absolutely love dateline. I’ve been watching since the early aughts…. There have been SO many great correspondents over the years. Even with the current crew you have some REALLY amazing talent! Keith Morrison is absolutely GOAT. End of story. I don’t even need to elaborate, I know it. You know it. Everyone knows it. Josh always wears the most classically perfect suits. You can tell that man spends $$$ on those suits, they fit perfectly and I’d say Josh is best dressed, by far! He’s a great correspondent as well. Then you. Have Andrea canning…. I can’t even tell you how quickly I will skip an episode and mark it as played within seconds of Andrea’s voice grating across my speakers. I can’t tolerate her for 5 minutes let alone an hour and a half. So the second part to my complaint is that dateline would put the “after the verdict” “talking dateline” etc, on a separate show or at least have a filter where you can get rid of those. It seems like there’s more of those than anything else anymore and that’s obnoxious.
