As I’m listening to episode 7,I feel like you and Maddie are telling me about my husband. For 23 years I lived this. As the spouse of a narcissist I took a lot of it so my boys wouldn’t feel it. When they became teenagers I couldn’t protect them like I did when they were young. I left that life 10 years ago. My boys are in their early 30’s and they will still get the occasional nasty text from him. He tries to make them feel guilty. I’m so glad they are strong and stand up for themselves. Im 50 years old and still learning to love me and figure out who I am. I’m glad I found you on my journey Jai.
