Chapel Hill: Town Staff in Western NC, Concept Plan for Multi-Unit Housing, Parking Fees
Chapel Hill Mayor Jess Anderson spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Thursday, November 14. She discussed the town council recognizing town staff who have traveled to western North Carolina to support communities in hurricane recovery and rebuilding. She discussed the challenges faced by those staff members, and what comes next for recovery support. She also discussed a concept plan for a proposed multi-unit building on Martin Luther King Blvd.. She talked about the new Rosemary Parking deck as it comes fully online and begins charging parking fees. She also discussed upcoming community events and more.
