Get fit and have fun at the MUSC Wellness Center with special programs for breast cancer survivors, and rheumatology patients, as well as traditional programs you'd expect to find at your local exercise or fitness center. You'll find exercise options like running, swimming, boxing, and racquetball, and both personal 1-on-1 training and group classes. There's also a new program called "Rheumor Has It" that encourages individuals with rheumatological disorders to exercise safely and effectively.

Dr. June, the owner and a dentist at Knightsville Pediatric Dentistry talks to host Erin Kienzle about the importance of flossing and lifespan, when to start teaching your little ones to brush, checking on them after you've taught them, and more tips and recommendations.
As a child in Kenya, Dr. June first wanted to be a pediatrician, but then she began to be exposed to the dental world. After graduating from high school, she moved to the US, and her education began in Alabama and then continued in Georgia. Later, she would move to South Carolina and establish Knightsville Pediatric Dentistry in Summerville, SC.
Before a patient's first visit, Dr. June and her staff will ask about their favorite things like a movie, a toy, or a pet so they can talk about those things during the dental visit. The office has toys and stuffed animals and is comfortable and attractive for kids.
