Chief Paco Balderrama and his twin brother were raised by a single mom that wanted to provide the best life to her children. Both brothers chose a career in law enforcement, driven by a deep commitment to enhance the lives of the citizens they serve. Chief Balderrama spent 22 years with the Oklahoma City Police Department. He currently serves as Chief of Police for the Fresno Police Department.
