She talks about how the peri-menopause has impacted her work and the mental health struggles that go with it…because ladies menopause is more than hot flushes, dry vaginas and weight gain….Mental health struggles are a bit part of the midlife transition. Shelly highlights the importance of having a supportive doctor and we discuss resources that will help you find one… Shelly reminds us to “ Seek help early and don’t put up with things”.
