I can’t even articulate how relevant and important the work Nicki is doing is. We need more voices exposing the truth about children’s development / health and tech. Tech companies need to be held accountable before the harm to entire generations gets any worse. I truly shudder to think what the future looks like if we don’t start reversing course on allowing tech companies to addict, manipulate, rewire and harm our children.

Rejecting video games and devices for my kids has been a lonely road. This podcast not only gives me a feeling of connection with other parents taking the difficult path but keeps me updated on the myriad of ways tech can endanger our kids. Keep up the great work!

Just finished the interview with TechEd Attorney Julie Liddell and there was SO MUCH information in there that parents need to know. The analogy of data profiles on children from school devices alone to a credit report was so easy to understand but also hit hard. Thank you for the links to templates and actual steps to take whether it be small or big attempts. Thank you for pushing these topics. Also acknowledge it isn’t comfortable to be in a challenge with the local school district but at the same time you’re inciting others to do the same.
