Ron Schlegel | Releasing Emotional Trauma

Karen McKy and Richard Tashma are joined by Ron Schlegel of Rise Above Trauma for an exhilarating talk about PSYCH-K(r), our sub-conscious, assisting clients who are recovering from PTSD, how facilitation helps people lead fulfilling lives, and plenty more.
Ron finishes with an inspiring testimonial from a client. The person shares that, “[Through PSYCH-K] … I dealt with a formerly hidden trauma. That balance provided profound relief… [and] ranks up there as one of the most extraordinary experiences of my life. … In addition to reduced anxiety… I have so much more energy than I used to have. … In my opinion, removing the burden of hidden traumas and limiting beliefs... allowed my body to function better and to heal.”

Sandra Thebaud Ph.D. | Shifting Trauma Effortlessly

Dr. Sandra Thebaud helps us expand our understanding about trauma and pain and suffering. "We need to expand our definition of 'trauma' to include any event. Whether the conscious mind wants to label it big or small, good or bad, right or wrong; any event that the mind isn't able to fully process at the moment it's happening, the body has to "store" it somewhere to deal with it later. Except we never consciously deal with it later. We just go, 'Oh, get over it. It's okay. It didn't matter. It wasn't a big deal. You know... Get some therapy and just move past it.' - or whatever - but, you know, traditional psycho-therapy doesn't always deal with the physical - emotional - energetic side of the experience."
Regarding Pain and Suffering Sandra shares, "I want people to know there is a difference between pain and suffering. Pain is a physical event that happens in the moment. Suffering is a psychological event that continues on long after the event has happened, and suffering is completely unnecessary. There are a lot of people out there who are suffering from things that are no longer happening to them right now, and they don’t need to continue suffering at all. … Without suffering, you open yourself up to so much joy.

Sudabeh Yeganeh | Living With Choice and Intention

Karen McKy is joined by Sudabeh Yeganeh for a chat about PSYCH-K(r) and how updating our subconscious beliefs and responses serve our families and ourselves.

Sudabeh delights in sharing about how her actions as a facilitator have positively changed her experience of interacting with her family in the United States and in Iran, as well as helping her align with her Persian heritage. She relates stories about how PSYCH-K is providing a path for transforming family habits, some of which go back for generations.

Karen elaborates on PSYCH-K being not about “fixing” people, but rather a way to help us gain understandings about how we use our energy. Through PSYCH-K, facilitators help clients make shifts at the subconscious level. Those shifts allow our bodies to operate and behave differently at the cellular level, which in turn creates change in our body systems and thereby our lives as a whole.

Sudabeh closes with her observation that, “I choose every single day how I want my day to be, in a way, and I do my best to create that, with intention and choice. … One of the most important things I can say [is about] self-love; I’ve discovered that for myself. ... I knew about it... but I didn’t know what it feels like. [Now] I do. Not in a selfish way. … [That’s] one of the most treasured things that I could have done for myself.”
