I love how Jeff brings his years of experience in the Disney organization to this show. It’s helped me in both planning trips to WDW, as well as giving me ways to use Disney customer service practices into my own business. Tons of useful and entertaining info in each episode. The ONLY critique I have is that the sound levels are inconsistent. I can understand the challenges when recording in location, but if you’re in your office you really need to make sure the mic setup and input levels are consistent. Sometimes the overall volume is loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes echoing, sometimes not. Maybe it’s my background with music and sound that makes it more noticeable, but it can be very distracting. Still, a well-deserved 5 stars for content!
