Coach Confessional: Amanda Tress' 2025 Manifesto

FASTer Way Podcast

As Thanksgiving approaches, Le and I reflect on the rapid passage of time and the importance of being present during the holidays. We also touch on the growing pains and successes of the Faster Way as it expands rapidly, emphasizing the need for resilience and momentum heading into the new year.

Le and I take a hard look at achieving balance as leaders, moms, and also as individuals. By redefining our approach for 2025, we've discovered the power of stepping back from digital distractions, like dedicating phone-free weekends, to strengthen family bonds and enhance connections with our audience.

We also discuss the ongoing struggle of managing work communications, particularly trying to limit work texts during family time. Additionally, I discuss the evolution of my leadership approach, shifting from daily meetings with the team to empowering new leaders while maintaining regular updates to ensure alignment on priorities. I emphasize the significance of creating non-negotiables to maintain a healthy work-life balance and foster strong family connections. Tune in to hear about the evolution of my leadership style and the non-negotiables that help maintain harmony between work and family life.
