Coaches Corner with Jay Clark | LSU Gymnastics (2025)

Our Coaches Corner series continues with Jay Clark, who is going into his 5th season as the head coach of the LSU Tigers and his 14th season with the program overall. The Tigers are coming off their best season in program history after breaking the program record (198.475) in 2024, posting the program’s highest NQS in history (198.215), winning the programs 5th SEC title, and of course ended the season by winning the NCAA national title for the first time in program history - making LSU only the 8th school to win the title. Jay joins us to talk about how the Tigers are building off the momentum of that historic season, he gives status updates on a few key members of the team, and shares the team's motto for the 2025 season as the Tigers look to go back-to-back.
