I enjoy listening to this podcast because Niema says the honest things we are all thinking and often shy away from saying. She is open in a way that is encouraging and makes you find comfort within yourself. She shows you that you are not alone on this path to self discovery and self love and you should be proud of your progress every step of the way! Keep Going Sis! DISF

What I like most about your podcasts is that the content makes you take a look at yourself that you might overlook on a daily basis. If you’re listening to this podcast with intent, I definitely think you’ll glow up in certain areas of your life. Life is ever changing and equipped with the right tools we can take a more mindful approach at that. This podcast is definitely a tool for me💚. Keep up the good work! And keep seeking to open the conversation— especially with mental illness as it is still something that is “taboo.”
