Good morning, Columbus! This is your weather update for today, and buckle up because winter is definitely making its presence known.

We're looking at a chilly day with snow showers dancing across the sky. Temperatures will struggle to climb, maxing out around 25 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect a brisk north wind blowing at 9 to 11 miles per hour, bringing that classic winter bite. We might see a light dusting of snow, with less than half an inch accumulating throughout the day.

Tonight, things get seriously cold. Temperatures will plummet to around 3 degrees Fahrenheit, with wind chill values dropping to a bone-chilling negative 10 degrees. Northwest winds will gust up to 25 miles per hour, so make sure to layer up if you're heading out.

Martin Luther King Day looks crisp and sunny, but don't let the sunshine fool you. The high will only reach 11 degrees Fahrenheit, with wind chill values dipping to negative 11 degrees. West winds will be blowing at 10 to 13 miles per hour.

The rest of the week looks like a rollercoaster of cold temperatures with some occasional glimpses of sunshine. Tuesday will see a slight warm-up to 13 degrees Fahrenheit, and by Thursday, we might even hit a balmy 30 degrees.
