I wasn't sure what to expect going in, especially since I'm not a martial artist. But I found this podcast to be very engaging and informative. The hosts clearly know what they're talking about, and they also have fun banter. I just wish their next episode would come out sooner! But it's only beena week, so I should be more patient :P
