He’s been fired nearly more times than LeBron James has rings - so when a Facebook post sparked an idea for a potential movie and with some time on his hands he began co-writing a screenplay that quickly opened doors for him. So quickly that the script would get him in front of some of the biggest names in Hollywood- like Spike Lee, and on the biggest stages in the industry like the night he won an Oscar for his screenplay, BlacKKKlansman.
