Comic Vine Podcast

I've listened for a long long time now. I've learned more about Tonys daughter than actual comic books. The entertainment news is still good but the comic book reviews have always mostly been "I haven't read it yet or still haven't got to it." This podcast was much much better when they had 3 people on it, now it's just boring. For some reason I haven't stopped listening yet either because there's not a lot of good comic book podcast out there to turn to or I have a very high tolerance for pain.

If you want to listen to two guys complain about being busy and not having time to read comics...this is the podcast for you. Not much more here. Matt and Tony really seem to hate what they are doing and it's made me hate it as well.

Guys that are to busy to take 5-10 minutes to read a comic host a show about comics.

If you want to listen to a comic book podcast where the hosts can't talk about comics because they're too busy to read them, then this is the podcast for you. They'll also tell you what they were too busy doing before eventually not discussing comics. In every podcast. Every one. You'll also get massive amounts of negativity about the books they did read. The main host, Tony, is a blowhard who has problems with diversity in comics, cussing in movies, the girl power in Supergirl and yet talks endlessly about his daughter. It's the classic do as I say not do as I do "I got mine!" vibe. He's very off-putting. It's obvious that the two other hosts are doing a podcast with their boss, so they unfortunately don't challenge him on his idiocy. But you know they want to. It's a rambling mess. Corey is cool tho.
