Community over Competition: Embracing collaboration in business with Sarah Robertson

Building your Brand

In this episode, I chat with fellow branding designer, creative mentor, and founder of design studio Sarah Robertson, who runs her studio called These Are the Days. Sarah's expertise lies in supporting independent businesses with their strategy, styling, and storytelling to help them create brands that feel like home.

We explored what it looks like to foster community and touch on the concept of community over competition, discussing its meaning to Sarah, as well as how to handle professional jealousy when it arises.

Sarah's kind and gentle approach to her business is truly inspiring, and it was fascinating to chat with someone who has intentionally built a business that aligns with her values and needs.

If you've felt lonely in business and wanted to create a community that nurtures and inspires you this is a really practical episode to dive into.
