New Listner

I only know about this podcast bc of DYNAR, but I’m so happy I clicked over to listen. It’s random, frequently gross, and often brilliant. I’m in love, but sad they’re not making new ones.

Dear Lord,
What I wouldn’t do to find the episode where Tom Waits is banging a haggard troll with an old man playing guitar in the corner.
Please Help,

Should be a smash hit, but inconsistencies hold it back

It's gross and sometimes laugh out loud funny. I feel like most comics settle for the low-hanging sexual comedic fruit instead of being truly creative. This podcast should be amazing, but the funny parts barely punctuate the very average, lazy stories. Sometimes the comics get a subject at random from audience suggestions and sometimes they prepare their story beforehand. In the 4 episodes I heard, several of the comics were unfamiliar with what they were writing about and the story suffered. In one of the recent episodes, the comedienne was talking so fast I could barely keep up with her story about King Charles (or something?) and the audience voted their story as best. Aside from the actual performances, the audio quality is inconsistent. I realize they're recording at comedy clubs across the US and I guess some venues have better equipment than others, but this podcast suffers for it. In the end, I just wish the stories were overall funnier and the recordings were of better overall quality.
