In episode 131 Sam is joined by returning podguest Tim Anderson, cookbook author & food writer. His new book, Hokkaido: Recipes from the Seas, Fields and Farmlands of Northern Japan, is out now.  Chris has chosen Ainu Mosir (84 mins). Written and directed by Takeshi Fukunaga, the film was shot on location in Hokkaido and released in 2020. It stars Kanto Shimokura, Debo Akibe, Emi Shimokura, Toko Miura, and Lily Franky.
