The science without the hype

I recently became aware of Kelly Clark through a mention in Gary Taubes’ book The Case for Keto. I am fortunate to live in Wisconsin where her clinics are located. I recently became a patient and started listening to this podcast on the recommendation on one of the nurses. As a former scientist really trying to digest this lifestyle, I really appreciate Kelly’s focus on the science. She distills what is happening in the body and her reasoning for various components of her weight loss plan. She is also easy to listen to and encouraging. This is a great podcast for anyone thinking about dipping into a natural keto approach without artificial foods.
