Danusha1111 ,

I’m encouraged!

I just discovered your podcast this morning. I listened to the episode “Raising Your Frequency”.

You describe seeing pops of color - almost like sparkles. I am a massage therapist. I often see “sparkles” or pops of color (most common white or purple, but occasionally blue or red) on clients. There is never any rhyme or reason. I wonder about it nearly everyday, lol!

You also described seeing geometric shapes and colors - this recently happened to me as well. I was at a sound bath with a gong. My eyes were closed and the shapes and patterns and colors followed the sounds. I am grateful you mentioned it and really want to explore that further now.

For the past year I have been attempting to understand what the sparkles are. Thank you 🙏 for describing this in your podcast. I feel validated and encouraged.

I look forward to listening to more of your podcasts.

I’m an empath and I grew up in a narcissist mother. This podcast is a god-send. I need a mother figure to hear wisdom from. Thank you for your wisdom and inspiration to live in forgiveness.
