Confidence intervals; significance of results Critical Appraisal Lowdown

From Gottlieb's recent paper regarding agents for restoration of sinus rhythm in SVT, published in the Annals of Emergency Medicine, what about the 95% confidence intervals made the results statistically insignificant?
