    Some spiritual paths are aimed at enlightenment. to be enlightened is to "wake up". Being a part of a illusory world we develop attachments to things that are transient in nature - and that is the cause of our suffering and illness. To heal is a process of letting go of that which we attached to. In this episode we will look into these illusions and how we can slowly wake up from them.

    Proof

    The Western world is still quite skeptical when it comes to Chinese Medicine. Even Chinese medical practitioners doubt the full power of their own profession. It's ok to try to understand how it works, but sometimes there's an added attitude that goes with that skepticism - or even dismissal of "old" ideas.
