Context: The Podcast Intro

In this first episode (originally recorded on January 10, 2023), Eliyaju explains the context of how and why they started this podcast. They go on brief tangents about their journey to discovering and unconditionally loving their authentic self, teaching on Insight Timer (*which as of 2024, is now under the name "Eliyaju" previously under the name “El L”) as well as being a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person and how since figuring that out, they’ve created a lifestyle living from a place of love.
