Conversations in the Key of Life

I gotta admit, I'm not a guitar connoisseur (I do play a little) but I stumbled across this podcast and was intrigued by the worst gigs ever episode. Then, I slid into the episode where Shawn talks about getting gear stolen and I was hooked. Shawn has sort of an Ira Glass feel in his intros but the stories are SO fun to listen to. Funny, surprising, kind of sad sometimes. And about a whole world that I don't really know a lot about. I'm def looking forward to listening to the rest of them!

This has quickly turned into one of my favorite podcasts. It takes a different slant on things and talks to a wide range of guitar player about different subjects. It goes beyond just the basic 'interview a top tier guitar player.' So far the episodes have been very creative and fun to listen to!

Becoming disappointed that the producers have not kept up with releasing a new podcast each month.
