This community conversation features four doctoral students in leadership at North Carolina A&T under Dr. Karen Jackson with a YWCA leader discussing their work in Greensboro. They discuss the coalitions and collaboration going on in the city and how their work can increase engagement and affect elections and legislation advocacy.

Theater brings people together in a community, connects the present and the past, and contextualizes shared experiences. Theater can also be used as a way to reach youth and others outside of traditional power structures.
