He is also the Chief Medical Officer of the charity ”Virtual Doctors”, and when he is not away on his expeditions, he works with the South Wales BASICS Team and supports the Brecon Beacons Mountain Rescue Team.

In this episode, we discuss developing portfolio careers, balancing professional careers with family life, the challenges of expedition medicine and how ”Virtual Doctors” connect rural clinics in Africa with clinicians in the UK.
