We recently talked with Lauren Riley, United Airlines Chief of Sustainability to talk about the steps United is taking to get to net zero carbon emissions by 2050. United Airlines is taking the lead in the area of sustainability and is working with a number of companies developing sustainable aviation fuels, using electric vehicles, especially at airports. United Airlines is the third largest US airline as measured by airline traffic.
