Desperately Seeking the '80s: NY Edition

I made many memories of 80’s NY while visiting my glamours big sister. It totally formed me as a person. Lovers of the era or the city will have a deep affection for this podcast. Meg & Jessica have created something special - I binged it.

These “Ladies from the ’80s” bring their experiences of the their younger years in NYC to life with wit, creativity, compassion (when called for), and historical accuracy (all told through their lenses of course but with citations). Love it! I’m a graduate of one of the hill schools - class of 1985 - so this rings soooooo true for me. Please keep ‘em coming Meg and Jessica!

I just discovered your podcast and have been plowing through the episodes and sharing them with whoever I think may be interested. I just listened to the Garden of Eden episode and wonder if you’ll do any episodes about famous squats around the city and the politics and culture surrounding them? Or maybe you have and I have t gotten to it yet. Keep up the great work!
