Murderific

Murderific is such a thoughtful show and I’m excited for the show to get exposure on your podcast. The Maine cases are so interesting and not well known. Love it!

Interesting cases, but lacks concision

The hosts of this show are clearly passionate about the cases they cover but I honestly could not get past the first few episodes.

The hosts will ramble on about every topic of discussion, to the point where I had already zoned out in the first 5 minutes of the first episode. The interviews they include also don’t seem to be edited, or at least aren’t edited concisely, which also contributed to this podcast’s inability to grab and keep my attention.

I think this podcast could be a really interesting listen, if only the episodes were more concise. Maybe some listeners are hanging on to the hosts’ every word, but I am just not one of them.

MMIW

The deep dive into MMIW and the re-evaluation of Columbus Day was chilling. To think we learned that warped ‘history’ as far off away in India! Kudos for taking this on and I hope there will be more, and hopefully some into the less represented Asian and South Asian facing violence. I remember the fall line had an eye opening episode on that aspect, where ‘race’ can be muddled and mixed up with Asian and/or South Asian women, in Jane Doe cases and that in turn leads to more confusion in actually looking for the woman who went missing and finding justice for them. Anyway I am hooked to the crawl space, should have listened to John Lordan and found you earlier, because John is never wrong😛
